Refund and Returns Policy

RushedMS is committed to providing high-quality consulting services and products. Below are our guidelines for refunds and returns.

1. Digital Products:

• All sales for digital products (consulting services and recruitment packets) are final. Due to the nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds or returns once the final resume proof has been approved.

2. Exceptions for Refunds:

• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only under the following conditions:
1. There is a technical issue preventing access to the product, and the issue is confirmed by our support team.

3. Consulting Services Rescheduling:

• Consulting sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
